How do I return my item(s)?

We have a 7 day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@maliq.shop

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to return an item:

1. Contact us by email at info@maliq.shop to register your return.

2. We will send you the return instructions.

3. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.

When will i receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email.

• Austria: Delivery time approx. 7 business days

• EU countries: Delivery time approx. 10 business days

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
